Ladies, how much does your hunger increase before your period?

I may have a craving here and there but I don't know what's going on this month my hormones seem to be all over the place. I'm way hungrier than usual and had junk food two days in a row.

I do not get major hunger changes before my period that are significant, but I do get sleep deprivation before my period pretty frequently. Its not that I don't sleep, it's that the quality my sleep is bad and I wake up tired and groggy. It is only around 8-48 hours before my period starts and then I sleep like a baby again.

For me it’s usually after my period. During my period I’m not as hungry.

for me is before. during my period I don’t usually have much appetite.

I have way less appetite during my period. but the days prior I want to eat every unhealthy thing.

A lot. For me it starts right before I ovulate and then it continues throughout the entire luteal phase.
