Whether you have had to recover from physical or mental injuries or traumas, has your mind ever created an invisible wall made up of fears and false truths that have in someway prevented you from recovering sooner than you did? And between mind and body who has the upper hand? Does the mind really have that much power or are we allowing the mind to act because our willingness to fight is not stronger?
