For the fitness bunnies: do you ever say "fuck it"?

I wanna be able to go ham in KFC or McDonalds and such or my other favorite restaurants at least sometimes

I don't do cheat days. I eat a lot, but I choose quality over convenience. I can easily eat enough for three or four people, yet I cut processed junk food out of my life years ago. I eat to fuel my body, protect my energy, and stay strong. You become what you consistently consume.

They're delicious because they're engineered to be. I don't let cravings decide how I live. I enjoy eating, but I enjoy feeling strong even more.

It is not even that bad food!

Ultimately while not ideal it is perfectly fine. Just calorie heavy per useful stuff. Nothing stops you putting in an hour extra and substituting your normal meal with something less healthy.

Unless your fitness is actually being on a diet it is perfectly fine. Work out a little extra, throw in an extra jog or two and enjoy some fatty food if you want it.

I like to eat well so I don’t end up having to take meds…

I eat 90% good and 10% bad… just went to my doctor after 5-6 yrs…

My blood work came back. All very good. Except for high cholesterol (runs) in family… I have also added a lot of butter into my diet…I will make changes to cut down my cholesterol level.
By the time I got to speak to my doctor, he told me he already put in prescription for me to take to lose my cholesterol … pretty messed up… without my approval.
I decline and do it the natural way… I can make changes with my diet.
But the system is so quick to put me in meds…. So sad

It's good, actually almost recommended, to have occasional cheat days (just not too many, lol). For me though, my cheat days are Chipotle, ice cream. However, those are very limited and I tend to stay pretty focused with my fitness.

Nope. I get annoyed if my calendar gets in the way of my workouts. And after years of food discipline, I never really have any desire to go off the rails with overeating or fast food. I don't eat desserts. I can't stand sugary foods. It's all about making fitness a lifestyle.

You don't get fat from having once in a while an unhealthy meal, only if it's a regular thing.

checking my progress in mirror every day (or lack thereof😅), if i like how i look then it helps keep me motivated!!💪🏻 and if i don’t then it motivates me to get back in shape!!😅 and taking my measurements & weight, to make sure i am staying on track!!👌🏻

I do cheat sometimes. A hamburger still has plenty of protein but I get the large fries and an extra large Pepsi.

It is ok to have a cheat day every now and then. Being fit is about lifestyle and it is ok to splurge on occasion
