If you're unfamiliar with peptides, they aren't a medicine, they are a synthetic supplement that replaces what you lose as you age. A year and a half ago I had significant injuries in both knees and both Achilles requiring surgery with long recovery. I couldn't walk and was gaining weight. My doctor had an alternative treatment involving peptides which I started 8 months ago. I started Zepbound to treat weight loss, high blood pressure and sleep apnea but switch to Retatrutide 6 months ago which is the next gen of GLP-1s. My blood pressure went from super high to normal, my wife says I no longer snore and my weight is back to normal. Once the weight was off, four months ago we addressed my injuries with BPC-157 and TB-500 and for the first time in 20 years I no longer have ankle pain or knee pain. I'm not 100% but closer to 90% going 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off of treatment and I should be close to 100% when this cycle ends. Surgery would've been a year long recovery. I had been prescribed TRT but switched to a peptide Kisspeptin-10 so now my body produces enough T on its own. The peptide Semax has reversed what concussions took away and I now have a photographic memory.
There are risks for sure but I get blood tests and regular checkups from a doctor. I buy from a Chinese factory and that can easily go wrong if you don't know what you're doing. But, I feel 16 again. I heal like a teenager, I have energy like a teenager and out of desperation all my aches and pains are gone and for me it was worth the risk. I do not recommend doing this without a doctor and peptides from a reputable manufacture with verified purity tests from an independent lab.
For those of you over 40, if you could take a few needles a week to turn back the clock, no more aches and pains, injuries heal in a couple weeks instead of a few months, be sharp as a tack, and be fit in half the time, would you do it?
