I use some of the Umzu products, namely their Collagen shakes. I noticed that my knees and shoulders stopped hurting, my fingernails were a lot stronger, and the shine returned to my skin and hair after I started drinking these post-workout.

OMG, I have seen "Savage Grow" marketed and I bought some. For the record, I took some and felt peppy and got "harder" but not in reality any bigger than a normal hard-on. I suppose it moves more blood flow down yonder.

For the record, "Balance Of Nature" multivitamins are great for those of you on the run and not getting enough salads and other veggies in your diet. So I chose E.

So ultimately, will they solve all your health issues? Absolutely not. But they will make you feel a bit better.

I take a specific and targeted mix of vitamins and minerals for general health. It's not a store bought multivitamin all in one tablet as they are generally total crap, these are individual dosed vitamins and minerals I buy direct from a manufacturer.
I usually advocate against standards mass-market produced multi vitamins or supplements, because the sector is largely unregulated, particularly with supplement as it's just classified as a food supplement and while it's regulated as a food supplement it is not regulated as a medical drug and therefore can actually contain to quite harmful and damaging substances.

I've taken a lot over the years, the detox listen, vitamins of every type. I take none right now... I just eat better.

I became vegetarian/vegan and went downhill after that and believe I was deficient in nutrients and protein, so broke down... developed food sensitivities. Started taking supplments to get better. developed a candida infection for some time.

What is in all those pills? I know this, it's hard to screw up a pear, leaf of lettuce that a bug is eating (which means it's good to eat), or a piece of chicken. But when it's ground up, dried up and stuffed into a pill sourced from china... what exactly is in it?

I turned 64 last month. Over the last 20+ years, my lab results have been within good ranges. I take nothing but a men's multivitamin. I am 6'2" and weigh 180 pounds. I hit the gym at least 4 times a week and try to either run 4 to 5 miles a day or ride a bicycle for at least 20. I eat right and try to take care of my body. One thing I would like to mention to everybody. Watch your vitamin B-12 level. Most people don't get enough from their food. This vitamin is CRITICAL for the health of the human nerves. You get low levels you can do serious damage to the protective sheaths around the nerves. Another vitamin that can get wonky is Vitamin D. I HIGHLY recommend you have the full panel of labs done at least once a year.

I don't know laurie--count me as a skeptic but if option D actually worked, someone would've laced all the girl's food with that stuff and you'd all be walking around like anime characters. Since that isn't the case I'm going to safely assume those pills don't do squat.

The only drug I take is a blood pressure pill every morning.

I take a bunch of supplements that my wife gives me to keep my immune system and metabolism healthy. But I don't have any specific problems to target. No health problems, thank goodness. My dick is fine. My hair is good. I don't need boobs, thank you very much 🙃.

I take all the vitamins in supplement form, and also collagen, other proteins and workout supplements.

The vitamins I just get for free from my workout supplements dealer, so I may as well use them.
And I like the fizzy tablets because.. they taste good lol.

Vitamins for general health (even though various studies both good and bad on them). I take a couple supplements as I've heard they help with kidney stones, which I suffer from. Don't know if they help, but they aren't harmful to you I don't think so no risk in trying them.

Yeah I take fish oil supplements for my skin health, it seems to help with reducing inflammation.

I also take soy lecithin, zinc, arginine vitamin D3 and folic acid to increase my ejaculation volume and force.

I also used a pre workout beverage to help with motivation before I exercise.

Only pill for a suppliment is a Vitamin C one. I just dont like oranges. They are so messy and give me heart burn. Admittedly i tried the tablets to make my boobs bigger. After 6 months of taking them i could not see any increase..
