What about you?

I take an A-Z one and some hair, skin and nails one, blending it and mixing it with a protein shake, both are tablets, not gummies, as I understand you can get some hair, skin and nail gummies.
I take the cheap store brand ones though and I have heard that they aren't good, but I doubt they're totally useless or harmful.
I have hair skin nails gummies. Makes taking it more fun lol get to have a couple lollies in the morning sweet. And the gut one are chewable tablets that are strawberry flavoured. Thought they would be gross and chalky but they're not bad at all
They will, but nothing is a quick fix. It will take some time for your body to receive that kind of supplementation and adjust. I take multi. Take Vitamin A, C, Zinc, Vitamin D, B-12, B3, E, B2 & B9. Flax seed oil (omega 3 fatty acids), which makes skin super soft and glow. I also take HMB that aides in muscle recovery.
I use floradix liquid from the supermarket for iron deficiency & to help with other things. I can’t take vitamin pills, they make me sick because they’re usually too strong.
Yeah lol. My mom gives me vitamin c and d supplements, cod liver oil capsules and zinc tablets
Thank you for the MHO! ❤️

Not trying to be nosey but it would be easier to give advice if we knew what we were advising. Anyways sometimes I take vitamins but not consistently so I don’t gain much from them but my wife got severely sick like was close to death for a solid year it’s been crazy she went from being perfectly healthy to almost dying and not being able to walk and from looking healthy to being skin and bones her thighs looked smaller than my forearms and this happened in a little over a week her body was eating it’s self and she was eating everything in sight I spent about fifty bucks every day on food just for her in that week and she just lost more weight daily anyways it’s been 3 years now and through her diet and a crazy amount of vitamins she is at a healthy weight and can walk again but I haven’t been able to help her sight she’s basically blind now but I’m not giving up on her sight either so once I figure out what vitamin formula will help her vision I believe we can at least stop anymore damage and hopefully gain some of her sight back. Sorry so long but yes vitamins and minerals can help when doctors aren’t able to help
Yes I do , I have to take vitamin D3 cuz where I live now I am not getting the sunlight I used to get where I lived prior , if I don’t take vitamin D my body gets so weak and I lose energy like crazy , I hate winter time here cuz I get so ticked up that I have to take a shit ton of vitamin D just to make it through
I was in the hospital this past July as I had a bleeding ulcer and lost about 65% of my blood. I had to have a transfusion and the doctor said I was low on vitamin B1 and they prescribed vitamin B1 and a once a day multivitamin to get and keep my levels up.
Have you tried apple cider vinegar also try celery a lots of celery if you eat like 5 stocks a day it might clear out your probably that you're talking about I guess I shouldn't say that because I don't know for sure what you trying to do the both of those are very good
not sure if they're vitamins but I do take probiotics from time to time and yes... they've done a substantial difference for my gut bacteria... lol
and now that I think of it... I've also tried this Swiss product called Lebasi Lactoserum, which was really good
I take 15mg Zinc daily ( 1 tablet a day) for the immune system and it also contributes to the support of hair, skin and nails.
I take a LOT of C, a B complex, and a fair amount of zinc daily. I also drink a strong herbal tea once a day. I feel great!
that's your first and biggest mistake probiotics NEVER take that crap it'll fuck up your intestines and stomach making you sick because your own body's immune system will create antibodies raising your white blood cell count to fight off the foreign bacteria in it. your body will create more killer T cells to kill off the foreign bacteria you put in there with the probiotics
That's some bullshit
do some research and start using your brain instead of coming on this shit site to seek medical advice or better yet here's a foreign concept for you ask a medical professional
How about not assuming I haven't?
because you wouldn't be on here asking if you had
I was asking if other people take vitamins. Wasn't asking if I should. I already decided to take them.
Nah, I did when I was pregnant (prenatals and whatever was missing from my heavily altered diet, I think B mostly) but I really didn't feel the need to keep up with it.
I take D 4000mu, a multi, fish oils, psyllium husk and crushed flax seed pretty regularly. there are some other supplements as well but I won't bore you with my list.
Every day. I live poverty income so i can't afford to eat like a normal person but my insurance pats for OTC stuff $150 a month. So i just do that to make up for the nutritional deficiencies
Yes, I take two Nature Made gummy multi-vitamins every day. I also take megadoses of chewable vitamin C whenever I feel a cold coming on... it lessens the cold and reduces the its duration.
Yeah I do. Plenty of proven science that shows their effectiveness if you take them properly. You will want prebiotics and probiotics for gut health. Try kimchi or kombucha as well. Gt is the best brand for kombucha.
High dose vitamin D and B because my levels are so low it could kill me😐
I take a daily Multi... mainly as a precaution, I have NO idea if they help
Yeah, a person really should a just their diet to get allm their vitamins and minerals from food. But that's not always possible. So I add a one a day to make sure I get all that I need.
Yep.
i believe the food we eat contain low amounts of vitamins and so supplements were created.
Point is if eating salads cured diseases, then medics wouldn't exist.
No, they should only be taken if there's a specific difficiency, and it should be supervised by a doctor. It can be dangerous.
I have a poor diet and I'm old. I take a Men's Multivitamin, a Men's Libido Supplement, and a Hair Booster Supplement. I think all are doing an adequate job.
I use vitamin B2 because I have to. To turn what I eat into energy. I prefer to take other vitamins naturally, not drugs.
I take vitamin c every morning. I need to buy a multivitamin
They are very special but unfortunately I don’t take all the vitamins one at a time like I should
Several. Multi, Vitamin D, Zinc/VitaminC/Quercitin, Turmeric, L-Citrulline
Not anymore my libido is already high when i take vitamins it gets higher and bad
I do and I take biotin, vitamin C and D.
I take iron and vitamin C supplements.
I take a multivitamin and vitamin D.
Nope I just eat a balanced diet
How is your diet otherwise?
I try eat as healthy as the supermarket will allow me to
It's not how much or how little the supermarket will allow you to, it's how much you will allow you to. You make the final decisions on what you purchase.
The misconception with supplements is that people start taking them and see a drastic change and that's usually not the case. It's not that the supplements don't work, it's that you don't change any other behaviors that led you to this position in the first place. For example poor diet choices. Metaphorically speaking it's like pouring more water into a bucket with a hole.
Mm no our supermarkets are super low on produce and what isn't low is for example 5.50 for a cauliflower
Also I'm not expecting the vitamins to like make me lose weight or anything.
I don't make poor food choices. I just can't afford to eat a wide variety of healthy food choices.
Those aren't my issues. I also don't think my gut issues are to do with what I eat. Could be because of my gallbladder, which I am waiting to get removed. But thought I would try vitamins to see if anything changes.
They aren't. Literally went on a special diet and nothing changed.
I am taking a supplement
Not regularly but now and then i do.
No, I don't use. By the way, are you a model?
vitamin D 50,000 units once a week
Yap, everyday.
