I don't know if you personally measure or keep track of it, but do you think that you drink more than 2 gallons of caffeine which is 32 cups a month?

I have not been drinking coffee for years, though previously when I went to a cafe they would take ages to make just one cup, and they make the coffee too strong for me, so I opt for tea just for a drink.

Recently I bought a jar of instant coffee, this is much better, and I wish cafes would make this type of coffee instead of the speciality ones they do make, and I would drink a cup of coffee twice or three times a week.

I have recently been on vacation, and in the breakfast room of the hotel, they had a coffee machine that could be used free throughout the day.

I was fascinated watching the guests spending 5 minutes to operate this machine for just one cup of coffee.

I bought a jar of instant coffee and kept it in my room, and now I've got a souvenir of my vacation lol.

32 cups of coffee is far from 32 cups of caffeine. You would need to drink about 5,280 eight ounce cups of coffee to consume 2 gallons of caffeine at about 100 milligrams of caffeine per cup.. Make sure you don't stray far from a toilet.

I don't drink caffeine. I can't stand the taste of coffee and in the rare occasion I do drink soda, it's always a Sprite/Starry. My wife is allergic to it so she doesn't do it either so there was no point in even keeping it in the house anyway.
