How often do you shower/bath (excluding when you just wash your hair)?

As for me, in the summer I would say I do every other day if it's hot and three times a week if it's medium. But in the winter, once-twice a week.

However, it might change, because I've just started exercising.

i was always taught to shower everyday. I wash my hair every 3 to 4 days if I straighten it. sometimes I will skip the shower if I didn't do anything, wasn't a sweaty hot day or just too tired to do anything other than drive home and get in bed. I hate that sticky feeling in between my thighs when lying in bed to sleep...so usually I shower every day. and I just thought that was how often most people shower...guess not lol

Are you from a hot area? I think it can depend on where you're from. Here, you only get sticky at the hottest time in the summer. here, you only really need to shower a couple of times a week if you don't exercise, and that's just for hygiene's sake. You wouldn't feel like you need to, or smell.

I wash on a daily basis shower or bath in the morning and at night, it's just the way how I was raised and something that I have maintained as an adult. I like feeling clean to me it's normal, it's just like eating from day to day.

I shower almost every day. The only days I might not shower are days where I stay inside, in my pajamas all day, and even then, I still usually get around to shower at some point. I feel really nasty if I don't shower, and I refuse to leave the house without having showered that day first.

for me, it depends on my daily routine.

since I don't have a boyfriend/husband, never hung out with my friends and I'm currently unemployed and don't get out of my home for almost 2weeks, so, yeah, that's how long I've taken a shower for the last time.

I live in the US, on the east coast. Typically July and August have temperatures in the upper 90s but it's humid, muggy and hot. I can't stand the extreme heat.
