Need some inspiration starting to let my self go..

So I used to be so out going and I loved to work out then I got into collage and I just started to get really stressed out and to busy to work out and never have time to do much and the one thing that is killing me right now is that I never have time to eat well and so I will get take out and just snack on a bunch of junk food and now I'm gaining weight and it's stresses me out more and now I seem to never have energy to work out or do much because I'm always so tiered any body have any advise for me? I can really used some tips and motivation, I will really much appreciate it.
