Can I eat hamburger helper?

I just got my wisdom teeth out at 10. It's really not too sore unless I try to open my mouth too wide haha. The only thing bothering me is that my mouth is still numb. Does hamburger helper count as 'soft food'? It's just noodles and ground beef. I'd rather not eat than eat yogurt or ice cream. By the way, I'd make a cute chipmunk hahahah.

You can eat whatever you like. But I advice against chips, nuts and crispy stuff. Those things can hurt when you chew.

In the first few weeks small pieces of food will get lodged in the hole left by the tooth. But after some months this hole will grow shut and the problem gone.

After eating, flush your mouth with water. Slosh it around for a while before spitting to loosen up all those little pieces of food stuck everywhere.

I think you could try eating it, if it hurts then obviously stop. The main thing you've got to look out for is not getting any food stuck in the holes, that's why a hamburger might not be best in the same day.

NOOOOO! It won't hurt true, but no, the food will get into the nice open holes in your mouth and could get infected. Don't eat anything you have to chew.

BTW, I know the yogurt and ice cream deal sucks, I reccomend mashed potatoes. And if you do eat, get a syringe, and squirt SALTY WATER back into the holes to flush them out and keep them from getting infected.

The noodles should be OK but I'd be careful with the meat if I were you. When I got mine out I tried ground beef that was soft but it kinda got stuck and hurt so it might not be the best

As long as the noodles are cooked and soft I don't see the problem then.
