For my height and age, all the charts tell me I should be 120 lbs. I'm 19 and am 5'4.
I'm 110, though and I think I look good and I feel fine and I was 120 at one point and I just didn't carry it well nor did I feel good at that weight. I felt heavy and I got tired easily.
I worked out and you'd be surprised how quickly I shed the ten pounds.
Anyway, as long as I feel good, it's not a problem, right? I mean, I understand if I were super light like 100 or something, but I'm not. So it's okay, right?
