College admissions question!

I adore mcgill university in Montreal but its admission rates are tough. Do you think I could get in?

3.8 GPA

1800 SAT

Girl Scout; various coaching and community service projects

United States citizen; 11th grade

National honor society

Cyber schooled

Ranked top 10 in the country for my sport; don't want to say which for identification purposes. I also have various national championships and teams made under said sport.

Would like to major in psychology.

That's all I can think of at the moment but does anyone think I'd have a half chance of getting in?

I use this website link and it says only 12% of McGill's students have a GPA of 3.75 and above, so you'd be well above average among the students there. There's no data there for the average SAT score of admitted students, BUT your extracurriculars are great, you're going to be fine.

I think you should apply from what you listed you have a great chance of getting in. I hope you get accepted.

college is like this. You can have all of those things but if someone has even better they will choose you over them
