When I'm happy, I tend to lose weight and keep fit.
My scale says a lot about how I feel inside.
So, does your scale say anything about how you feel? or is it completely uncorrelated?
Don't focus on and stress out over a number on a scale... IF you look and feel good about yourself that is all that matters. That also is 100% mental and dependent on you. If you want to make some healthy changes to your body, start. It will be a positive thing.
I make it a point to exercise regularly and eat well, not matter what my emotional situation at that moment nor have I observed gaining or losing weight during different prolonged emotional states so there is no connection between the two.
Lucky you.
Disciplined me is more like it. I don't think the pure emotion is what causes that weight change, but the actions you take because of those emotions. Therefore I ignore those emotion in many cases, in favor of sticking to what I've made my mind up with, in this case regular exercise and eating habits.
Used to be my world back in high school, now I eat heathy and consistently so I an not surprised by what number I see, if I am a little heavier then it just means I'm stressed or my period is coming but it will eventually balance out.
The scale doesn't have anything to do with it. I've always been thin and weight isn't something that I've ever had to worry about

my scale is dropping, thank god lol, but no, it doesn't fluctuate depending on my mood if I'm depressed for a while, it stays on the same downward path, if I'm happy it contiunes to drop slowly too, maybe I'm just lucky? idk, all I know is that my scale doesn't read a low number fast enough lol. hope this answers your question :)
Hard as I may try, I can't put on weight. My metabolism is too fast, forever thin.
my high metabolism masks how much I really eat when I'm sad lol
Nope, but I'd like the number of it to be higher.
