What do you prefer sugar or salt?

Do you have a sugar or salt addiction? I ask this question because of this lecture I am giving on Wednesday evening. please help me out as I need more statistics. thanks

Well I'm attracted to neither because both are harmful if you take them in abnormal amounts compared to their Required Daily Allowance (RDA).
I'm a final year med student and since when I studied those subjects, I became more self conscious about my health.
Since Indian people are more prone to get diabetes and hypertension , you get the idea :)

I love me some salty snacks. Only time I eat sugary stuff is when other people buy it and offer it. I like it but I rarely crave sugar like I do salt.

I hate sugar. Salt is so much better and salt is a necessary a part of the human diet. You can live without sugar.

I am insanely sensitive to salt... I'd rather OD on sugar.

depends on your cravings. If you want something salty, you got fries. Something sweet, I guess a milkshake. both are bad for you in excess. is there a happy medium?

moderation. To much salt raises blood pressure and to much sugar you can become diabetic so neither one in access is good for you. I have genetically low blood pressure, but I still try and stay away from it. sugar I generally don't eat because I have celiac disease. that means I can't eat desserts or bread or anything with flour.

I feel you on the celiac. someone who (I got no idea what you call it) dated me, was with me, has that issue

I used to be a salt addict but weaned myself off it. I have cut back on the sugar but not completely off it yet.

I get tired of sweets, but I never tired of salt so probably salt. Not addicted to either though, I limit my intake.
