OK so I'm doing the 30 day squat challenge and do any of you wanna to do this challenge with me? By the way, I'll keep results so I can show to all when I'm done ^_^ good luck you you all!

I'm a quite and shy girl I don't really talk to people. But people always pretend they want to be my friend but all they want to do is know my secrets and go behind my back and make up rumors about to ruin my reputation. They also turn me into their little servant who does their bidding. When I try to stand up for my self I'm always in the wrong. I feel trapped with no other options but to end my life.

A buddy of mine behaves very strangely... first he's all nice and cheerful and he complimets me, then the following day he appears to be moody and say hurtful things, he's also very restless to the extreme - he can't even sit still for a 1 hour movie... he also bluffs a lot and makes up stories...

Could he possibly be bi-ploar? Or is he a compulsive liar?

I've also noticed that his parents are overly-protective of him and he's a grown man 23 years old. He's also scared of taking the bus - prefers to be driven or to take taxi cabs... he also makes fun of people and acts very silly.

I'm on the hunt for new (affordable!) athletic wear, and in talking to my friends it seems like everyone either has hardly any athletic wear, or an abundance. How much do you have? I personally have around 7 decent outfits, as I run track and cross country and run 6-7 days a week. Also, wear do you purchase your athletic wear from?

What do you think? Do you 'believe' in eating disorders? Do you count them as real mental disorders, or do you think people who struggle with them are just faking it for attention? And do you believe that the (mostly) girls could just cure themselves by eating?

I was having this debate with two of my friends and I'm surprised by how different are views are. I don't think banning sugary drinks sold in large sizes will stop people from drinking them... they could just buy more of the same drink.

But on the other hand- my friends think it's unconstitutional and goes against basic rights.

What do you think?

My background
While I worked in a coffee I notice that many people would make comenuts about the fruits and vegetables stating that they like them but they eather don't like to cut them nor know how to choose when they are ripe. Or would not even a tempt to get try some new fruit.

I know guys don't like it when you ask if they're intimidated by a girl or anything, but... are you?

Is this amount of muscle a turn off? Would you be insecure about your own level of fitness? Or wouldn't it matter? Would you be happy to have a gym partner?

Okay, I know this isn't like a medical site or anything but I am concern. I went running Friday morning and it was maybe 80 degrees outside but I was walking and running. I did 2 miles and then relaxed at a friends house. He made me a drink that has tomato, blueberry, spinach, peach, mango, banana, and a little squirt of I guess this yogurt and he added I think flax seed (can't remember). Anyways later Friday night I was fine until my throat started to hurt, I thought it was because I maybe ate chips too fast and it scratched my throat so I waved it off. The next morning my throat hurt SO bad like it hurts to swallow. I looked in my mouth and saw my tonsil were partially growing back (yes it is possible) so I took some ibuprofen and called it a day. But as days went by it was difficult for me to eat, it hurts to swallow, it feels like food was getting stuck in the back of my throat. The next symptom I had was a dry cough. You know those dry cough where you feel your vocal chords vibrating, my nose was running but yet I didn't cough up and phylum (mucus). When I'm cold I don't have any problems but when I'm hot I start coughing like crazy. Up to now I took Alker Seltzer cold medicine last night and woke up a little better but I coughed and my nose was running. I went to blow my nose and I coughed up a thick green mucus and then having coughing episodes. I told my friend about it and she said I should go to the doctor, but I told my mom what was wrong and she think it's just a cold. I thought it was a cold too but I'm still hoping it's a cold. I have asthma and I don't want to wait for the worse to happen when it triggers my asthma. Note: It's almost been a week since I've been sick and I usually recover within 3 days
