What is the reason why you don't eat vegetables and fruit?

I have an idea for a business but before I attempt to go for it I would like to do some personal research.

If you have other reasons please specify the reason.

My background
While I worked in a coffee I notice that many people would make comenuts about the fruits and vegetables stating that they like them but they eather don't like to cut them nor know how to choose when they are ripe. Or would not even a tempt to get try some new fruit.

I think people are just making "excuses" for an unhealthy lifestyle. Walk in in to any grocery store and there are a variety of already prepped fruits and vegetables in both the fresh produce and freezer section. Yes they may cost a little more, but I am more likely to eat them if I don't have to go through the prep work so the cost is worth it for me.

If I don't eat something, it's because I don't like the taste.
I dislike the taste of many vegetables... I generally like most fruits.
So finding a vegetable to eat can be a little difficult since I simple don't like very many.

The texture was weird. I only recently got used to them. I don't eat them as often as I should mainly because I can't prepare them myself. So I'll just have carrots out of the fridge or something.

I love both fruits and vegetables they go good with meat.
