Was just wondering how many of you smoke I mean tobacco like cigarettes?

I took one puff when I was 18.
Coughed and whined, haha!
Never tried it again.
I still love the smell of a freshly lit cigarette though. I guess that comes from growing up in a house with smokers for parents.

Yea I tried it at about 18 to never got a thing from it so I quit.

I used to smoke and stopped cold turkey Dec 14, 2012
i smoked pall mall menthol's but it effected my sinuses
my taste buds, started getting smokers cough, increased
appetite since i stopped it's been blessing

My cousin smokes and coughs her brains out every morning
i keep thinking to myself give them cigarettes up and the
cough will go away plus she brings up all kinds mucous too
she also knows she carry's a gene that causes smoking
related cancers but she still smokes

If people knew the relatives i loss (mom, moms brother, moms dad, aunts) all related to smoking cigarettes , My grandpa had throat cancer 1974 survived 22 years, than developed cancer again and passed away Aug 1996 . Just loss my uncle Feb 11, 2014 due to espoghaus
cancer that spreaded to his bone all related to smoking. He stopped 1998 but it was too late

Yea I have lost several relations & friends to cancer. My dad died of throat cancer & he never smoked figger that one?

Wow yea i wonder sometimes i knew a woman lived to be age 96 and smoked all her life when she was teenager

Yes I had a great uncle like that smoke & drank not to extreme but still he lived to over 100 died of old age.

I heard if your body can throw that chemical off
from smoking that a person lives long but who knows
but i carry that gene if I smoke i have high chance
of developing smoking related cancer my mom passed
away she didn't smoke long but had sarcoma type cancer
this doctor from Pittsburgh Pa hospital didn't pull any
punches he came right out and told me , my sister my
mother had terminal cancer well my mom had been sick
but she went into the hospital and nursing home stay
was only 2 weeks and she passed away when they
die it feels like everyday a piece of me died with them
it's horrible feeling inside

Yea cancer is a hell of a thing it nos no age. My niece was only 21 big fit athletic girl the docs told her 3-6 months she fought it for 2 years & lost. It was hell to watch some one go like that.

Oh wow sorry about your loss:( I had a great aunt was
strict Christian and her husband was Uncle Chuck he
would say to her sometime , hey ma'am i could go for
a big cigarette she would yell at him and say hey Charles
leave Satan behind lol But yea lets hope cure for all cancers
will happen someday

I used to smoke a lot: cigarettes, cigars, pipe. I stopped long ago , never restarted. It saved me a lot of money: just figure out how many $$ /year you transform to smoke and carcinogens.
