Money management problems in relationships?

I'm with my boyfriend for 7 months now, and I was wondering what do you girls/guys think about this situation I'm about to tell you.. So we both have a job, still live at our parents house and we are both 22 years old. But even if he earns more than me he ask me to give him money. That obviously I don't ask for back, because he is my boyfriend right? Sometimes the amount of money is bigger something it's like a couple dollars. At first I didn't payd much attention to this because it's my first serious relationship too, but recently this started to bother me, knowing that he is bad with money makes me wonder what my plans could be for the future? I mean a family needs a bit of management and security. I care a lot about him but this just make me feel weird.. He get money from his parents too.. and he smokes so that's a reason why he spent everything.. I just can't make plans with him.. I wanted to go this summer in a trip to the beach for a couple of days.. But considering that it would be the second vacantion I pay all by myself.. I don't feel like going anymore.. What do you think about it?
