Which one would you recommend and why? Google is your friend if you don't know these diets.

There are two characters one is 54 year old five foot three, 300lb morbidly obese wealthy female banker and businesswoman whom hardly exercises. The other is her fifty four year oldfive foot seven, 149lb jealous female cousin whom smokes and drinks daily but is five foot seven and exercises a little.

Have you ever come across characters that may be similar.

I guess mainly for women this is a common issue but have you personally experienced or witnessed harassment in the gym yourself?

During covid times, we were told to wear face masks, it was mandatory in public places, and most of us begrudgingly did what we were told to do. Eventually, that ended, and most of us still have a few masks. . . in a drawer somewhere, just accumulating dust. But I still see some people in public, or driving their cars, and they are wearing a mask.

Are you one of those people? If you still wear a mask, can you explain why?

Any tips to get back on the 9-5? Right now I’m on the 10pm-6am.

I feel like I basically got dumber lol. Or feel like im just not as sharp mental wise as i was before i got covid.

Im wondering if anyone else who had it experienced the same after the other main symptoms went away?

I just read up that even those with mild covid symptoms can suffer brain damage. Hoping this isn’t what just happened to me. I guess it mostly affects older folks but i dunno.

Personally I sit because it's much cleaner, but I know cleanliness isn't a priority for a lot of people.

One of my friends stands because it occupies his hands, so he can break the habit of using his phone in the bathroom.

Another sits because he has leg problems, and it's much easier to sit.

Another stands just because she figured out she can, and now wants to practice enough that she can make her name in the snow next year.

I have and it was a really horrifying experience for me. If so, what would you do or HAVE you done in such an emergency?
