I've always loved gaming. When I'm not working, sleeping or watching something, I'm gaming. Then I realised how much time I spend gaming, and ultimately it's wasted time. It doesn't get me in shape, it doesn't progress my career, and it doesn't get me a girlfriend. Despite all that I just couldn't imagine giving it up.

You don’t always have to give up these things. You can just cut down how much time you spend doing it. Or what I like to do is make it a reward for myself. For instance, If I have housework to do and somewhere to be at 5pm, I’ll tell myself that if I get the housework done fast enough, I’ll have an hour or two to game before I need to be out the house. Its more about time management, getting everything that needs to be done out of the way, before doing things that you want to do.
If you manage your time correctly, it’s achievable. Aswell as pushing through procrastination over things that need to be done before relaxing.
Id do by applying discipline.
As much as I tell myself to be disciplined it just doesn't seem to happen
