I like to collect hats and backpacks.

Books. I am a complete bibliophile. I’m also the kind of book collector that always over estimates how much reading time I really have as opposed to how much I really want and I have a ton of books that I’ve read about half way through and never got a chance to finish them. Also, plushies (I don't mean to collect them, occasionally I'll have a clearout and donate a bunch to charity, but I find myself buying a plushy whenever I'm sad It's not the healthiest of coping mechanisms but there's certainly worse!) and ccasionally rocks and shells 🐚

I collect some rocks 🪨 ; purse bags 👛 👜; bird feathers 🪶, and some hats 🧢 👒.

I only have two skins of animals/ bugs, and one ☝️ I just have until it biodegrades lmfao, and the other is a snake skin my nephew saved for me. Haven’t preserved that either. 🤔

I try not to collect much of anything … because I don’t wish to become a hoarder. 🤦‍♀️ Also if I collect anything, I’d like to keep them in pretty sweet condition.

I may collect dead butterflies and case them. Just like.. 5. I don’t want a bunch of them deceased. Just too sad.

Nothing really. Did save/collect all my earnings and not spend them for like 20 years. Things - I try to wear them out before throwing them away (even if it is a bit obsessive to keep old clothes and stuff that is still not worn out but not new either).

I got the lumber from a 60 ft tree that fell on my property. Cut it in lengths and took it to the saw mill. I've used some of the tree to build frames for pictures and artwork that I have collected over the years.

M43 Field caps also known as feldmutze are military style hats made from wool that were worn by German, Finnish, Swiss and Italian soldiers during the 1940s-1950s. The German army still wears them today, although they don’t seem to be made out of wool anymore.
