How do you regain motivation for a hobby?

Over the past few months I have been going back and forth with sickness. Alongside that, my job keeping me busy ASF. Don't get me wrong, I'm very thankful to be making money, but where I'm currently at is hella draining. On my days off it takes a lot in me to pick up my guitar because all I want to do is rest before my next day back at work. When it actually comes to my guitar playing I have sorta hit a brick wall, and I want to get past that. But motivation for that or any creative thing is very lacking. What do you guys do if you don't feel like getting your creative shit done?

If I don't feel fit enough I prefer to rest otherwise I can't concentrate. Moreover you need a short term goal to get motivated. Picking up your guitar and start playing random tunes is not fun or creative.
