I’ve been doing so well with weight loss but the past 2 weeks I’ve gained 2kg and lost motivation , have the worst anxiety when I leave the house so can’t exercise. Constantly binge eat , I am supposed to follow a meal plan given by a dietician to ensure I lose enough weight healthily but the motivation has been so down. a month till 2023 I really wanna get to my goal. I can't stay consistent I lose track. I feel so depressed when this happens. Need advice

I lost 50 kilos but I was in a bad situation and was being sabotaged. I gained the weight back and then some.
I am trying to get back on the weight loss boat but it has been hard.
My best advice is slow down a bit. Is this diet long term or short term? Remember, it is a lifestyle change, not just a diet. Stop counting how much you’ve gained (it will drive you nuts). Focus on your progress thus far and seek motivation from others, YouTube videos, pictures, etc. You got to get yourself back into that mindset.
