Dream interpretation (be serious please)?

I had a dream last night where thyme was growing out of my hand. It got worse the more I tried to remove it until I finally had a big hole in my hand. What does this mean? I was so scared.

Dreams are your brain exercising. Mostly means noting because it’s all emerging thoughts in a groundless reality. My worst was a falling “up” dream where I was falling away from the Earth into space.
