Dream Interpretation Help?

I had a dream last night about a guy that I used to see.

The dream: We we’re both in line (at a gym?) and I got message notifications on my phone. He noticed and looked at my phone and said “ohh okay entertaining other guys”

The dream ended there. I’m not sure what it means so if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.

It's could possibly mean that at one point in your life you liked him, that is why he was in the back of your mind subconsciously so dreamt of him. I don't know your life but do you entertain other guys? Or do you subconsciously want him to be jealous because maybe you had a small crush on him.

i don’t entertain guys but i’m guessing it might mean that he thinks i do

Nothing much. Seems its not easy go in and out gym. What notification was it?
