I've lived a very sheltered and protected life. So what's it like?

So I'm 20 and never been drunk or high. My parents are very strict and always want to know where I am and what I'm doing

This has led me to live a basic life. I've never spoke weed or drank alcohol.

I was just wondering what it's like. Maybe I'm just not missing out. But I've always been curious what it's like to be smoking weed and getting high and drinking alcohol and getting drunk.

I smoked weed once and only once, and felt no different. I've been drunk once and only once, and was simply sleepy and less careful. For me they're worthless even though they have a cost.

It is hard to describe and both are different for different people. For me personally drinking relaxes me and puts me in more of a silly mood. Marijuana does that for me as well but the feeling behind both are entirely different.

20? Like past the legal age to drink and fully grown adult? You put restrictions on yourself as if you’re 10. It’s ok to grow up now and make your own choices without being under your parents thumb.

Depends where you live. Drinking age in America is 21.
