Am I a boring person or fun?

One of my friends from highschool came to visit me outside of state. My friend claims I'm the most boring person she's ever met. People had always referred to me as a old soul. Well I love collecting antiques and vantage beautiful work talented people from past generations had created. I am very greatful. I enjoy going to historical museums , Going to Consignment store that sale antiques. I enjoy Operah signing theaters. I also live in a 1890s home. When my friend came to visit she got disappointed as she had hopes I would live in New big house with my own pool in a gated residential subdivision. She complain about my house and my decorating ideas claiming that only grandmas live like this later she decided to book a hotel because my friend didn'tlike my vantagehome decor. I live in a famouse city where people from around the world travel for vacation. Anyway my friend ask me what fun places we sould go and wnjoy I mention her the antique museum my friend didn't likethe idea my friend wanted to go to a club , bar or go out to a nice restaurant and enjoy a nice fancy dinner when I had bought tickets to go see The Sawn Princess in ballet. Apparently my friend did not like the idea but she wanted to be nice later in the theater I whisper to my friends ear I ask told her thisnis amazing and fun the she tells me Oh of course you think this is amazing Ot wasnyour idea. So rude of my friend. EVERYONE LOVE VICTORIAN VANTIGE times area and beautiful vantage art work antiques my friend is the only weirdo that doesn't appreciate vantage and virtorian times.

I assure you, you are not boring at all. Your friend just likes different things. I know what boring is because I am the most boring person you could ever meet. I work, come home, and go to sleep and repeat. On weekends, I do absolutely nothing but gag.

Sounds like you need a new friend. If she's bored with you then she shouldn't come to visit you. Also I'm sure there are other people that like what you like and won't call you names like boring which is rude.

She doesn't sound like much of a friend.. I mean. she hasn't see you in ages and the first thing she does is moan about your house and moan about you.. I'd have told her I have a surprise for her and for her to wait outside.. Then I would have shut the door in her face.. Cheeky mare. !!

You are right. She wasn't very nice especially when I guess I will call her she now since she wouldn't stop mocking and laughing about my home referred to my home and me as agrandma. She even laugh in my face and told me youare such a grandma. You are right I sould had let her standing in my front porch.

From my understanding she was expecting her won definition of fun. I offer her my home so she wouldn't have to spend money on a hotel and she didn't lime my home to the point that she boom a hotel in the city because she says my devor is way to boring and grandma style.
