What's the most impressive musical instrument to know how to play?

I think the piano is the most useful instrument cause if you know piano you can play the keyboard which means you have thousands of instrumental sounds at your disposal cause you cause use electronic software to write music. But impressive? I like it when people play foreign instruments that you would find in a movie about ancient emperors in china.
