What is your idea of a perfect way to enjoy free time?

Just curious is all! I kinda find people interesting and i think you can learn a lot about people from how they spend free time.

For my part, I like to sit out on the deck and just do nothing for hours upon hours while watching nature, mostly the loons floating by. I suppose I'm fortunate that we live in a lake house.

It could be hanging out with friends/family, going to a movie, a hike, chatting with online friends, or just crashed watching TV.

That's legal where I live lol. What kind of music do you prefer?

In the UK it is sadly still illegal... for most people then; you could go to a private doctor, pay some cash and get legal prescriptions that way, but weed is 2x more expensive than it is from your trusted, 'criminal', local street dealer. Quality is not much better.

I prefer to listen to Ska and Reggae; some Soul occasionally too

In general I listen to calmer music styles; but more so when I am outside. I do play music through speakers, so not to annoy people too much I put calmer music on and not loud music.

Do you enjoy Bob Marley? I don't listen much to Reggae but him I absolutely adore and definitely love.

Bob Marley's music is good, but a bit overplayed... So I don't really listen to his music.

Understood! I kinda grew up with him at my age lol. I listen to all varieties of music, classical to folk to classic rock. Seen the Grateful Dead in concert twice and Neil Yong like 4 times for example:)

It's probably because we are of a somewhat older generation that our music taste is so varied; I can listen to almost anything 😉

It's just that over time my preference has switched from loud music to calmer music... I must be getting old lol

Writing stories. I love being able to follow a stream of inspiration for hours and hours as I create the tale I see in my head.

Hiking or just being quiet in nature. A lakehouse in the woods is definitely on my list :)

Listening to nature is soothing
