What’s your favorite Rifle?

What do you like to take to the range? I usually go with a.223 and.22. Today I also brought a 25-06 and 308

My favorite rifle i ever shot was a.300 Win Mag. I was in love with the.30-06 before i shot that magnum.
My favorite plinkers are both.22 though. They’re both fun and cheap to shoot! Plus i learned on them when i was very young. They have as much nostalgic value as anything else.

I’ve used the M-16 semi automatic many years ago and that was a good gun too that use that same ammo

I’m sure it was, it’s been about 35 years since I’ve used one at the shooting range, ammo was getting expensive after awhile
