For me it's Evanescence/Amy Lee. Something about her tone of voice and the way she hits those notes just resonates with my soul. It'll always hit home and feel extremely nostalgic to me.

There's many singer in France that give me the chills because in France we love singer who have something "special" though that was true like 20 years ago because now all singer have very bland voice.
I was just gonna say evanescence as well
Another one of my favorite is linkin park R. I. P Chester 🙏
So annoyed they changed the lead singer to Emily Armstrong. No one can replace Chester
I know right. It won't be the same.@HawkPerception it won't be the same. Amy had the stage presence and really lures you in with her voice and facial mannerisms

well you know you can't ask a question about music and expect me to shut up. i had to think about this one for awhile
coming from the orchestra world i am not a fan of choirs, mostly because (to me) they are just a mess of sound, and they don't realize it which makes it worse
i especially don't like girls' choirs, because they invariably sound (to me) like a bunch of girls trying to chase a bunch of cats in a shopping mall
yet
this one impressed me greatly. in England of course, close to where Downton Abbey is supposed to take place, where the great choirs are
their breath control, posture, timing, phrasing, attacks and releases are perfection, and i don't say that lightly about anything
also impressive, no conductor
Chills
https://www.youtube.com/embed/-bHZ5q7qGQshere is the LSO Chorus, a professional choir, also in England, also perfection
https://www.youtube.com/embed/-NPSdubTqZ0there is one choir in America I do like

i played there a few years ago and it gave me chills when the audience sang our music like they do here

Burton Cummings.
He was lead singer/songwriter of The Guess Who.
Later had a solo career.
He has a voice that is just spectacular. He gives me chills. From Winnipeg Canada.

This is solowork if you care to listen.
Listened to it. It sounds very emotional and makes you picture things in a flashback kind of way. At least that's what it does for me
So @DrPepper12, what do you think of this Canadians' ability?
I'm cool with the Canucks from guess who and this song is good and does a great job of displaying his range and songwriting.
I'm DEFINITELY more of a Rush fan when it's comes to Canadian artists. Rush is incomparable and legendary to me.
Them and Alanis morissete - Jagged Little Pill is a masterpiece!
I ♥️ best Canadian export ever - hockey - too!! They can have Drake and Bieber back - please just take them back!! 🇨🇦.
Forgot triumph!! Yes!
I agree with Amy lee same for me. I would add Floor Jansen especially with nightwish but her solo or other features give me the chills too.
She's got that voice it's true. Chills? I don't know it's a mood dependent thing.
