Yes, but picky, museums only to visit the temporary exhibition unless I'm in a foreign country, unless the museum is about a topic of interest for me. Theaters only for contemporary theatre, and galleries only for contemporary art. Lastly, this is an activity I like when in good company, else I'm quickly getting bored.
Oh and, rarely, I'm in awe without even entering the museum, an instance of that in Bilbao, Spain:

Yes, I have good memories at the train museum in Sacramento and going to the movie theater is my favorite thing to do in terms of going out. Relatively cheap, doesn’t put me in danger, and I can relax and go on an intense adventure at the same time. I saw some poor girl who doesn’t exist or something in another universe this morning for about.33 seconds. It was weird and stained me with a feeling of being lost or something

Before Covid I used to go several times a year, mostly to art galleries or museums. Ever since then, I and my usual group did not manage once... :-(

YES!!! It's a must when traveling to new places!! Gotta check out the museums!

Suggestion: Toronto Museum of Natural History! It almost rivalled NY and was simply spectacular!!
