Which path should I take for my fictional Heroine?

Kristen is able to control water at the molecular level and up to 1000 tons quantity. She is also able to change water into any of its phases, and she can shapeshift into any phase of water.

After she absorbs her mother's soul (willingly) she gains increased mental resistance to telepathic attacks and anti-magic attacks, and eventually learns to control gravity and manipulate magical gateways to other places in the Universe and other Magical Planes.

My question: Should I give Kristen access to Lightning, Fire, and Earth abilities her mother had, or just leave it at the Water and Gravity abilities?

Kristen is supposed to become "Elementalist Superior" at some point in the story.

Just leave it at Water and Gravity

Give her all of the abilities

She goes into a mysterious cavern where there water flowing down the rocks. While she sampling the water she automatically sees reflection of her mother’s face. Latter she start noticing that she has the abilities of her mother had. Or something like that.

what happens if she gets a cold... does her nose leaks ice cubes? or does it get stuffed with negative pressure...
