Does anyone fly planes? I fly ultra lights and still alive.

I like to do a triathlon once a year in the summer. It is typically a sprint version? Which is shorter.

So, I like to swim, bike and run when I have the time to keep in shape for that.

Also, going out on my parent’s boat and to the beach, seeing friends and boyfriend when I can. Then I also have a summer job.

So, yeah. Busy a lot.

I like boats but can't swim to well and I live in San Diego. How long are those sprints?

A sprint tri is half mile swim, 12 mile bike and finish with 3 mile run.

Yep. You swim first, then bike and finish with the run.

Not the same. But other than gaming, I’m taking apart perfectly good hardware and subjecting them to my tinkering. Urbex is cool, lots of abandoned places around here. These days I’ve been watching people slackline out on the cliffs, might try it.

I like too many for a favourite… I made a basic mod for S.55 Savoia Marchetti recently that’s been fun I think it’s in MFS now

No I never tried that. I certainly don’t have the guts to do that or skydiving.

I only flew in a single prop plane with my dad about 50 times all over where we live, but that was years ago

I’ve done skydiving (fabulous, but harsh on the ears). I generally like exercise, travel, dancing and other active stuff, but also quiet things like reading/writing, music, museums, messing around with recipes and such.

Was skydiving scary?

Not to me. I was a little nervous when the plane was so high up and moving that is was shaking/rattling a bit, but then the instructor came over and fastened himself to me like a koala bear and I cracked a bunch of jokes about it till it was time to shove off.

The VIEW was something else. A moment of heaven. So I kept asking him if he knew what stuff was — literally asking about different farms and gardens and vineyards and such while we were thousands of miles above ground. Loved every second of it.

Only reason I wouldn’t do it again is my ears. I couldn’t hear properly for almost three weeks. Hmm.

I knit/crochet - while binging TV/podcasts, read, do puzzles, paint, draw, yoga, just started swimming, bike, game, bake, spend time with my partner, family and friends.

Probably something more that I'm forgetting.
