That is Uncle Thunder. I currently live in a rental property and he was already here when I moved in 7 years ago (buying a house and moving soon.) He was already an adult cat. He had been somebody's pet, because I can pick him up and hold him, but he spends most of his time outside. He comes in at night, or when it is cold or raining outside. He is a world class mouser; I've only seen two rodents on this old farm property, they were both dead, and he was carrying them away.

He is an affectionate guy and likes to butt heads with me when we are on the same level.
