My husband left around 10 something last night not telling me where he was going or anything and it's now 5:25am and he's still not here this isn't the first time this happens either is he cheating on me? He will constantly just take off at night and doesn't come back for hours we don't even sleep in the same bed he sleeps on the couch the only time he comes to bed is when he wants sex but other than that he doesn't sleep with me he constantly leaves at night he doesn't like me knowing his location I checked his phone one time but I didn't see anything that said he was cheating he goes in the bathroom to take a bath and locks himself inside with his phone but I took my phone in there once and he instantly accused me of talking to someone else when I was listening to music and I had the door unlocked but yet he wanted to accuse me on the spot and my husband makes me feel lonely sometimes and makes me feel like the problem I stay home clean the house take care of my son I don't have a job I stay home with a three year old all day he goes to work then comes home then stays on his phone when he gets home or stays in the building outside he's in there more than he is in the house only time he wants to cuddle is either when I have to wake him up for work or when he wants sex then after we have sex he goes back in the living room sleeping on the couch i just feel like everything is my fault or I'm doing something wrong

does your husband have any hobbies or things he likes doing that you hate? also i see some communication issues here. like for example the way you say "my husband makes me feel lonely". no he doesn't. you have a need that's not satisfied and that's why you feel lonely. you're making yourself lonely. it's absolutely ok to hope or even expect that your partner meets your needs. but it's your need not his need. you feel lonely as a result of your need. not because of his actions. if you fundamentally understand it and communicate your need in a non accusatory way, he's way more likely to actually want to meet your need rather than when he's being blamed for you not feeling ok.
