Do homeschooled children ever feel sheltered and isolated?

aside from being a bullied magnet myself growing up I really cannot get over how fucked up schools are nowadays.

just when I thought bullying was at its worst we now have teachers telling children that their are more than 2 genders and that anyone can identify whatever gender they feel like doing so. I'm also pretty sure that by now everyone has realized that the purpose behind school's existence is not to make us smarter but to make us COMPLIANT.

they teach you 2+2=4 but dont teach you the necessary math skills to run your own business

they teach you which dinosaurs ate plants and meat but never whay YOU must eat to stay alive and healthy.

they expect everyone in the classroom to think exactly alike knowing the fact that we all have different problem solving skills.

and I can keep on going. the solution to all this madness is obviously home tutoring your children. it keeps them away from the toxicity that plagues our society and most importantly you are in control of what is being thought to your children.

however I thought that there may be some downfall to home tutoring and that is that perhaps your children may feel isolated from the world. I mean how are your children going to learn how to develop social skills, have friends and know how the world works if they are going to be home almost 25/7?

then again Michael Jackson was a prime example, yet he grew up to be one of the greatest musicians alive.
