Based off the last question I asked about favorite childhood toys, Legos were by far and away the most popular answer.
What was the coolest Lego set or coolest thing you built with them?

I had a pirate cove set, like a skull on a cave with pirates around, maybe a boat too. That was a cool set.
As for building, I never had quite the talent to build something totally original of my own design and creation. And the minifigures were always my favorite part, I’d play with my school buddies that way.
I made square house haha.
@Masie Still better than what I could achieve as a kid. Maybe pull the lego out and see what you can make today, that might be fun.
I totally agree with that reply! I can stick my tongue out and concentrate like a kid!
It was my sister’s at first. It was a castle thing. I don’t know what the set was called, but we played “princess”.
Yeah, lame. XD
Haha that's not lame. We had some type of king/queen/castle thing probably similar to yours.
I feel like there were a lot of medieval types of sets growing up. I remember a dragon thing. Some Viking boat, and so on.
Disney sets were pretty popular growing up. I had a couple. They were cool because my brother didn't want to play with them because they were girly haha.
Oh yeah, the Disney ones were cool. I think we had a Dalmatian. It was a complete dog when you finished. I have to try to find these things. Doubt my rents threw them away.
That's cute! I remember a Minnie Mouse one that I had.
although I still have all of my 6000 Legos... none of them are parts of a set
I just didn't like sets much... I'd very much rather go with anything and whatever I wanted to go with... lol
I had boxes of assorted Lego’s which let my creativity go wild. As I matured I found more building materials like lumber and concrete etc and transitioned into building more permanent projects
It was some kind of castle, and I was actually the royal wizard :P
Minecraft creeper
Do you still have it? My parents saved mine and my brothers thinking ahead if we have kids some day.
Do I still have it? I sometimes put it together, haha
Cool. Haven't done anything with Legos in some time. Might have to dig some out on a rainy day for fun.
I'm motivated to buy the Lego Halo Reach set; I've never bought it before, but I have to, haha
I had a star destroyer
That's cool! Was it a real big set?
Yeah I’d say about 2 feet long
Yeah, that's big for Legos. Thanks for sharing.
My parents never bought me them
All of them
