I put away the Halloween decorations and looked at the Christmas decorations. It seems like I just put them away a couple of weeks ago.

yes it sure did. January was taking ages to pass and I thought this year will drag however after February passed literally all the months just whizzed by and now we are near enough mid November so basically Christmas is in a few weeks and we’re into 2023. I believe 2023 and 2024 will probably go even quicker and before you know it we will be in 2025. This year it is my third year of being on this site so perhaps I’ll post one at the end of 2024 to mark my fifth year and how quickly we went from the end of 2019 to the end of 2024. 🎉

I have just reviewed some of my old emails and 2019 was just a little while ago. I think I lost two years because covid.

We have certainly all lost years because of Covid. When the first lockdown happened in March 2020 I was two months shy of 22 and now I am 24. So 21,22,23 were pretty much all lost in covid. 😂

I'm still living by the school year calendar, but I can't believe we're almost half way through that already. Thanksgiving is in 2 weeks! Christmas season starts in 2 weeks! Yipe

Yes, once I got to Thanksgiving it was just a week or two before the finals.

I want to agree but the calender says that Christmas was about 11 months ago 😂. I agree, it went by pretty fast, the world start recovering from covid and we started going out again doing fun things with family and friends so we forgot track on time

It just seems like the days are shorter. There aren't enough hours in the day to get stuff done. It's like the clock turns faster now. Time is flying by
