What are your plans for Christmas?

Traditional Christmas, putting up the Christmas tree. Wrapping presents, going to church, cocktails, feasting, family and friends. Logs on the fires. Christmas jumpers.

Open presents with the kids. Mass, after mass I usually grab a few pints in the pub walk home.

Big family Feast. Turkey dinner, Pork roast, maybe a leg of lamb with it. Triffle and pudding.

I also make my wife wear a Ms Santa outfit or Christmasy sexy elf costumes around as part of an old agreement which she does and it does turn me on, I was on her so much last Christmas that by the time Christmas ended we both were red raw downstairs and 9 months later she give birth again despite the contraception.

Presents with my wife and kids on Christmas Eve in front of the fireplace. A glass of egg nog followed by a White Russian while talking with each other. Sleep late on Christmas Day and coffee by the fireplace again. Christmas dinner at my wife's aunt's house south of us.

So far it’s looking like I’m the only one doing something for Christmas. My fiancé has said openly many times that he isn’t doing anything this year and hates being around all of it. So I will most likely be with my parents and siblings celebrating the joy of family, and celebrating my anniversary while he stays home.


Trying to not let anyone ruin my holidays this year or my own personal self for that note.

Believe me I know. His mom passed two years ago, and since her death he has checked out of a lot of “family” stuff. He’s lost his path a little bit. We’re working on it. Trying.
