Should I go to Canada next month?

I planned to go there for working holiday long ago.
Originally it should be next year march but i’m debating going there earlier. (Next month)

Because i’m not feeling ok with things happened around me i want a new start and a break.
(Mainly family issue and stress from work plus my best friend isn’t here he already in Canada)

The thing i concern most is the weather.

Some of Canada just got slammed with lots of snow. I don't know if it will be different in March
