What’s your wrapping style at Christmas?

My family got crazy about our wrapping for a few years and it just makes me wonder. Do y’all have any special way of wrapping your presents?

I eventually got in to collecting news paper funny’s on Sundays and then I would give all my presents wrapped in news paper.

What sort of things do you like doing for your wrapping? Do you think I about it much?

Most of the time I go with some pretty Christmas wrapping paper, ribbon and a bow. It has to be wrapped all neatly 😆

Wrapping paper and scotch tape (cellotape for the Europeans). No ribbons and no bows. Just make sure the ends of the paper overlap on the bottom of the box being wrapped.

my brother used to roll out of bed on Christmas morning and use newspaper. He gave great gifts, though, so it made up for it.

I'm the wrapper in our house. My wife detests it. They all complain that I use too much tape but they don't want to help so, my rules. Presents have to look exquisite in the wrapping. Bows, not so much. There have to be a variety of wrapping and not too much of one color or another. I prefer blues, silvers, and golds with a little red and green as accent. I love textured paper (velvets, glitter, etc.) and both bold and simple designs.
