I live in an area where we can’t. But the city pouts in a really good show each year. Last year my friends and I got together for it and they usually shoot the fire works over a lake to keep everything safe and fun. Well the wind was so intense we got shelled the whole time.

Nope, in the US many localities have laws against fireworks. Also people purchase fireworks mainly for the 4th of July in the US.

Probably not. Because firework stores are hard to come by and the tents only come around the 4th.
