Cold as f*ck where I'm at! Colder than a witch's tit out here! It's 10 Fahrenheit (-13 Celsius) where I am right now. That's not even counting the wind chill and it feeling like it's
-2 Fahrenheit (-19 Celsius). Been this cold all week. I'm wearing thick wooly gloves when I head out to work and still get f*ckin' frostbite and numb fingers within ten minutes.
I know "Winters are supposed to be cold" for non-Australians and all, so I'm not one of those people who complains about it being cold in Winter. But it's usually 30 to 34 Fahrenheit (1 Celsius) at this time of year. Even in February, it's rarely ever this cold, so this is record-breaking chills over here.
It also snowed twice this week, leaving behind a thin sheet of ice on every sidewalk. And South Korea (at least, my city, Suwon) doesn't salt the sidewalk and streets like they do in America. I'm surprised people aren't slipping daily and ending up in the ER. I've been riding my e-bike in road traffic cause the sidewalks are unusable here due to the ice.
I'm fine with the cold (it almost never bothers me anyway), but my tolerance for cold weather stops at about 15 Fahrenheit (-10 Celsius). After that, it becomes too damn cold, even for me.
