It's possible, people set many goals and try to accomplish them all at the same time and that manipulates all and causes all of them to fail if you choose one goal that will better yourself then that's technically that's changing for the better even if it's just a slight bit.
It's not necessarily a New Year's resolution, but I am actively trying to be nicer to people. I have an alarm set on my phone to be nicer/be better as a reminder of what I should be doing everyday.
Find a medication that I don't have to go though ny doctor for nor one that messes with my meds and I will be so happy I can sleep hahaha

It's a very positive outlook, all you can do is try.
None. If I want a resolution to be made, it can be made on a specific day depending only on my dedication and will. New year's is overrated in my opinion
Sounds like a good goal. I just want to stay as open minded as this year. Try new things and stuff like that.
My resolution is going to be to start doing what I've always wanted to do and that's acting. Just out of curiosity why are you afraid of the world
