I really need to cut back on my sugar intake. And leave the past behind.
Nah, I never set resolutions as it's hard to stick to them and most people fall off the wagon before the end of the month.
I just set goals for myself along the year and go after them. For example, currently I'm trying to lose weight. I might a goal weight or pounds I want to lose this year, but no timeframe so as not to get frustrated or get disappointed if I don't hit it.

for me, to drink more water, get down to the weight i had two years ago, get my life in order when it comes to education & job stuff, live everyday to the fullest, have the best hair & skin of my life, to do everything on the hugee bucketlist i made for the year, among a bunch of other things
Oh God. My sugar intake the last week is literally making me sick. I’m right there with you.
Other than that probably make more time for friendships and family. Sometimes I get too wrapped up in work and projects that when I do have free time I just want to do my own thing, and my relationships suffer as a result.
I should slow down on carbs... the bad type of carbs... but, will I...

I don't really do New Years Resolutions.
But I do have two things in mind.
To keep up with my training. As I finally got back on track two months ago, and I'm proud that I'm still on it. So more of that. Make sure to keep an eye on my lower back.
And the other is to get another job, preferably better than my current.absolutely not
