I’m cooking beef and gammon this year. I’ve never cooked turkey because no one likes it. Typically I’d always roast a chicken.

Ham. Ours is usually the brown sugar ham, Thanksgiving is enough for 1 turkey a year.

My family always has both turkey and ham for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Years and years ago, my best friend came to our house for the holidays and we always had turkey, but she didn't like turkey so we added the addition of ham to our meal. Well, my aunt's daughter is autistic so she gets very stuck in routines, and from that holiday on we have had to have both turkey and ham.
