Do you prefer turkey or ham for Christmas Dinner?

I found a 9lb ham today at the grocery store normally $27 on sale for $11. Normally I like Turkey, but at a price like that, I can't pass up that ham. It is still in date until late January, the store was just running a good deal at $1.18 per lb

Honestly bro, I think ham is the way to go for Christmas dinner if that's the deal you're getting! At $11 for a 9lb ham, that's a killer price. Like you said, turkey is usually my go-to but for those kinds of savings you gotta snag the ham. Plus I feel like ham just gives off more of those classic Christmas vibes than turkey, ya know? And it'll last you well into January too so you'll get good use out of it. As long as it's not expired or anything, I say go for the ham, great find! Can't beat a delicious spiral cut ham for the price. Your whole family will be thankful you scored that sweet deal!

It's so hard for me to bake a turkey, so we are having ham for Christmas. I paid $18.00 at Walmart for it, so my cousin and I will have that

My family always has both turkey and ham for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Years and years ago, my best friend came to our house for the holidays and we always had turkey, but she didn't like turkey so we added the addition of ham to our meal. Well, my aunt's daughter is autistic so she gets very stuck in routines, and from that holiday on we have had to have both turkey and ham.

We always do brown sugar ham with pineapple bits. Thanksgiving is enough for a turkey for all of us. Both Christmas & Easter get ham.

I prefer Turkey cause I view it as a nutritious and low calorie food and it marinated really well in basically anything.
