How many of you didn't do Christmas and just let it slip on by?

I didn't do Christmas! Nothing! Nada!

I did, sort of. No decorations, really, except the huge nativity set in the next room that I light up every evening and I watched my fave Christmas stuff on DVD and a few others online that I never saw before but, I was completely alone, except for the bunny outside and just had my ordinary type of every day meal. No presents, no one present to present presents to! I gave the bunny a full slice of bread instead of his usual half slice (quite often, he never finishes the half!) and, nearly 3 weeks later and I'm STILL trying to get rid of this motherfucking cold!!

Christmas is my least favorite holiday. But I do celebrate Christmas because my family does. People think they need to profit from Christmas. Christmas is where you give things from your heart. There should not be a profit in it. They start advertising in October for Christmas so you can get your shopping done and not kill yourself get me things that you want to give your family. Christmas is actually celebrating the birth of Christ. It should not be celebrated and giving away extravagant gifts. Just remember what was given on the first day of Christmas. It was the birth of the Christ child. Our Redeemer.

We had a similar situation last year. The health situation of Drama Queen was so draining, that we did the bare minimum. Even the tree was just undecorated :D

Nothing much here. I put up a tree a week ago & had a friend & my nephew over for dinner on the 25th.
