When I was a child everything was larger than life at Christmas time. The tree looked bigger, the presents were shinier, even the food was somehow more wonderful. I think most of us shared the same excitement as kids. A tree surrounded by presents, stocking hung on the mantle, mistletoe and holly and a magical feeling that we would be young forever.
